Thermography is an excellent assessment tool to add to your self care program. Thermography can detect what you may not yet feel. It is a way to see hidden inflammation that may be affecting your health. Your body is designed with flow systems. If these flow systems are stagnant or impeded in any way disease is sure to follow.
